Donate to Philippine charities during the COVID-19 pandemic

The whole world is currently facing an unprecedented challenge brought about by the novel coronavirus pandemic. With the increasing number of related cases and fatalities caused by the disease, everyone’s cooperation is much needed to battle against the global crisis together. In most countries, lockdowns and border closures have been implemented to contain the virus and slow down its spread.

Some countries have greater capacity to deal with the virus, while countries, such as the Philippines may have a more difficult time coping. In these trying times, we would like to extend a helping hand to raise donations for those who are in need in our beloved country. Our company has wholeheartedly donated to help Filipino frontliners, as well as the less fortunate Filipino families during this very challenging time.

We are also working together with a list of charities to help with their fundraising initiatives. We would like to appeal for your kindness and generosity to help our kababayan back home cope through the coronavirus pandemic. For your reference, we have provided the information on the charities’ initiatives, as well as bank details, where you can send your donation.

List of Philippine Charities We Can Help During the COVID-19 Pandemic:

1. Caritas Manila

Caritas Manila is a non-profit organization that serves as the lead social service and development ministry of the Catholic Church in the Philippines. We are asking for your generosity to extend help to the most susceptible to acquire the COVID-19 disease. They are the 6,000-10,000 families that come from the poorest of the poor communities in Metro Manila. Cash donations at this time of crisis will truly help meet the initiatives. Caritas Manila will provide the families with preventive kits and food bags that will sustain them during the lockdown. For more information, visit https://caritasmanila.org.ph/
